STANDARD SHIPPING POLICY (DOG BEDS & PET PRODUCTS - UNITED STATES)

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on ABBEY & RICHARD for dog beds, pet cushions, and related pet comfort products within the United States.

  1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Processing time includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

Due to the size and material of dog beds, additional care is taken during packaging to ensure safe delivery.

  1. Standard Shipping Time (United States)

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Estimated Shipping Time: 5 to 10 business days
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 to 13 business days (including processing time)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier performance, weather conditions, and destination.

  1. Shipping Fee

We offer simple and transparent shipping rates within the United States:

  • Orders $99 and above: FREE SHIPPING

  • Orders below $99: $7.95 flat shipping fee

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.

  1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:

  • Continental United States

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • APO / FPO military addresses (extended delivery time may apply)

  1. Pet Product Packaging & Handling

To ensure safe delivery of your dog bed:

  • Dog beds are vacuum-compressed or securely packed to reduce shipping size

  • Packaging protects against moisture, dust, and transit damage

  • After unpacking, allow 24–48 hours for the dog bed to fully expand and restore its shape

Slight size variations after expansion are normal.

  1. Delivery Responsibility

Once the order has been handed to the carrier, ABBEY & RICHARD is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays or logistical issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery confirmation

  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  1. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become active in the carrier system.

  1. Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • High seasonal demand

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Carrier delays or disruptions

  • Holidays or peak shopping periods

  • Remote delivery locations

If your dog bed arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you quickly.
