Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through ABBEY & RICHARD for dog beds, pet cushions, and related pet comfort products.

We are committed to providing high-quality pet products and ensuring customer satisfaction with every order.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • The item must have no pet hair, stains, odors, or signs of use

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Dog beds that show signs of use (flattening, pet odor, scratching, chewing, or staining) are not eligible for return.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made pet products

  • Items marked as final sale

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 2: If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and return authorization.

Step 3: Securely package the item to prevent damage during return shipping.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect: we will cover return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to customer preference (size, color, comfort, or change of mind): the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banking institutions may require additional time to post the refund.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the correct product is to place a new order and return the original item once approved.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for size or color changes.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your dog bed arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
